1. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email and/or phone, your message and, optionally, budget hint and interest type. We also collect technical attribution data (landing page, campaign source) when available.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to your request and provide a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Retention

We keep contact-form data for at most 24 months from the last interaction, then delete it, unless the law requires a longer period.

4. Recipients and processors

We use providers acting as processors: hosting and database (Supabase) and transactional email (Resend). They process data only on our instructions.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact the operator using the footer details.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Access to contact data is restricted to the operator.
