These terms govern the services provided by Biró Csaba Norbert PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (the "operator"). The operator's full identification details are shown in the site footer.
1. Scope of services
The operator provides website, application and IT development services, as well as maintenance (subscription) plans. The details of each project are agreed individually, in writing.
2. Ordering and payment
The build cost is paid 50% at project start and 50% on delivery. The maintenance plan is billed annually. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and exclude third-party costs (e.g. SMS, domains).
3. Delivery and timelines
Estimated timelines are communicated at the start and depend on the client providing content and approvals on time.
4. Client responsibilities
The client warrants they hold the rights to the materials provided (text, images, logo) and is responsible for the legality of the requested content.
5. Warranties and liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure deliverables function correctly. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Maintenance
The maintenance plan includes hosting, security updates, backups and minor changes per the chosen package. Major changes are charged separately.
7. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with prior notice. Amounts paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
8. Consumer protection
Disputes may be resolved via ANPC or the EU SAL/ODR platform. Relevant links are available in the site footer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Competent Romanian courts resolve any disputes.
